Yes, after visiting the blackberry software update site for Sprint:

It appears the "Update Package" is called 4.0.0.329, which "consists of" Applications version 4.0.0.259. Kind of confusing, yes.
Here is the description directly from the site...

Package Version: 4.0.0.329
