For HK CSL I found these apn settings:

apn:hkcsl
username:[blank]
password:[blank]

OR

apn:internet
username:[blank]
password:[blank]

Leave the username and password fields blank.

There is no place to enter the following but thought I'd post the info anyway:

DNS: 202.84.255.1, 203.116.254.150
