Thanks for the advice but I've been there and done what was requested, but my browser (on BB) still says Download Failed. When I select more info I get the message: 907 Invalid COD Unable to import ZIP file. Does any one know what I need to do? I feel like such a dunce bc I am sure it is simply some setting I have wrong....
