That's actually an approximate location. Watch the video on
this page. The light blue circle is showing you the approximation of where you are. If it has you pinned down to a set location (via internal GPS), you will only see a small dark blue dot.
Do you have your internal GPS enabled? If so, you shouldn't be seeing that light blue outer circle.
