I'm an eBay seller and Buyer, I've had one problem in the last 18 months, and eBay and PayPal both helped, I received my money back. And none of my buyers have had problems, thats why I say Ask you seller questions, if the seller answers them, then they are probably on the level, if the beat around the bush with the answer, find someone else. It is unfortunate that because of one bad experience and a few rotten apples, people make it sound as if everyone elses experience should be the same.
