Well this is interesting. From your Screenshots, it appears that your Wireless Network is giving out Public IP Addresses 83.146.X.X
To be able to talk to the Blackberry Infrastructure, it needs to be able to establish a connection over SSL Port 443. From what I can see, this doesn't appear to be happening.
It's nothing to do with my BES, there appears to be something not right with your Wireless Configuration, but not being able to see all of it, I can't quite say. It may be your Router..... Do you need to use proxy servers for instance to surf etc.
