Hi all-- this is my first post, and I actually just got a BB 8830 from Verizon after finally leaving T-Mobile and the sidekick 3.

I have a couple questions I'm hoping you guys can answer for me...

1) Is there anyway to turn the phone completely silent--- I.E.-- the number buttons make no noise when you press them when the phone is on silent?

2) Is there a way to make letters not show up uppercase when they start a message?

3) Is there anything to do about the phone's volume, and is there a way to make it ring but not vibrate 2x before it does?

and lastly, and probably most important---

I'm on VZW's unlimited data plan....which i guess if i understand correctly, is actually limited....does this mean I cant download free games on the internet, use IM (or even legally download JiveTalk) without getting kicked off for using too much data??
