I've brought a new email server online, ex2k3, to migrate my ex2k users to.

My BES is on win2k3 server,

All of my users but bb users have been moved. I moved myself as a test. The bes saw the server change, but the email's weren't syncing.

If I remember correctly, I will need to patch my BES to the same level as the new ex2k3 server ( with the ex2k3 files ) correct?

If I do that before I move my bb users, will that effect their email syncing or is it going to be: Upgrade/patch BES > Move bb users NOW.

Anyone help me out? Am I missing anything?
