i have a problem, it just happened today. i was online and i bought a new movie and wanted to download it to my blackberry but when i double clicked media manager the following error was there, "Runtime Error! Program C:\program files\roxio\media manager 9\mediamanager9.exe This application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information". after when i clicked ok media manager closed. i have rebooted, reinstalled, erased everything for my pc, and tried over and over again but it wouldn't work. i need help, can someone help me? please?
