Hello Jaime - Can you please send me an email at and detail your connection problem a bit more. As far as I know, the BIS connection relies on the GPRS signal as well as our BBerrySync software. During our initial beta testing we were using a standard GPRS signal with the BB device - we did not even have to set the TCP/APN even though we are roaming on another network (not Cingular).
