There are two - MidpSSH (open source, free, works but isn't the best) and Rove MobileSSH (commercial, works great, a bit expensive).

This is great thanks! midpSSH works amazingly well, only have to set the font size to LCD 4x7 to approximate the normal screen width on my comp.
