I got an 8320 and today realized why i was unable to download the sound file for amazegps.

My bes mds wasn't allowing the download. Once i removed my bes service books i was able to download successfully.

I made this thread because it has been bothering me for over 2 months. I am not sure if it is the mds or the primary firewall stopping the connection. But if someone searches here they can try what i suggested above.
