The is only fields for Business and Home address. An other address from Outlook wont sync because there is no corisponding field on the BlackBerry.

As a work around you can enter the other address in the notes sections of the contact on the BlackBerry. Sync that to Outlook and see what field it populates in Outlook. Adjust any remaining contacts in Outlook to have their other address information entered there.
