I take it you are using the Desktop manager to import your certs to the blackberry. if you go into security options and select certificates with your BT cac reader paired you should have an import smart card certs option you click that and you should be able to copy them to the blackberry. since most policy's do not allow you to pull the certs from windows. due to them being locked in the Active client software for security reasons.
