Is it a new 8310 purchased from ATT? Do you have a BB Data Plan?
Microsoft does not allow "most' hotmail accounts to push to the BB. Only older accounts which were grandfathered in are allowed. It is impossible to determine which are allowed until you try. To make Hotmail work, it must be upgraded to a Hotmail Plus account. |
