I have been attempting to set up IM+ for the last week without success. I believe my issues are with Cingular and not IM+. Can someone tell me what line items I should see on my bill for this to work. The install instructions say I need "DATA CONNECT" plan ($5/month) in addition to the existing "Blackberry unlimited Data".

Originally I had the "Text Msg 1000 promo" and when I asked for the service mentioned above, "B2B Data Acess PPU" showed up on my plan. I saw in another thread here that it might be refered to as "Internet Express".

Any Help would be appreciated,
