broken curve The people at AT&T told me that they have no problems sending me a new one. And when I receive a new one, I can send them my broken one. However, if they determine that this was caused by physical damage (which is not covered as part of the warranty) they'd charge me $349.00 for the phone they sent me. I told them that I could just send the broken phone to them and if they determined that it wasn't physical damage, they could send me a new one, if not, just send back my broken one... They wouldn't agree to it...
Damm Cingular/AT&T. I've been a long-time customer of theirs, too. My monthly phone bill is close to $300. |
