This sort of practice is un-ethical in my opinion. As a software developer myself, I find it incredibly sleasy and the kind of cheesy tactics i'd expect from a porn site - not a supposedly credible software developer that has licensed a major title.
I have written BPlay to give them a piece of my mind - I suggest eveoyrbody do the same and nobody purchase from these charlatan's until they recdtify this.
I also recommend that we all write to Activision, owner of the Call of Duty Franchise, and let them know what BPlay is doing and that they should not allow there title to be associated with such unethical practices.
I actually tried intsalling several times and looked around their website thinking I might have a made a mistake - spent about an hour trying to figure this out. BPlay took MY time with their little marketing scam. They OWE ME a trial. This may sound like an over-reaction but it is not; if people do not make a stand against this sort of thing when it happens then consumers will just be trampled on further. Enough is enough.
