As a new BB Curve user, and newcomer to the BB world, I find the email service to be impressive, but the email interface leaves much to be desired. There's plenty that could be done to improve it. For example, there's no reason why there couldn't be an email app that supports separate folders for each mail account, each of which has subfolders for Sent mail, drafts, and saved mail.
I think it's possible that when you click on a link in an email, you could be given a choice of which browser to open the link in, if more than one browser is installed.
Quoted text in replies could be included in '>' format, and editable, as it should be.
