I just found Bible in a Year - Read the Bible in a Year through E-mail Program . With that website, I have emails sent to me for reading the bible through in a year. Now, they are long emails and on my BB 8100 I have to request the complete email with each one. That is not difficult, just annoying. So my only current complaint is if I am out of a service area I might not get the email on the right day. I haven't found a program yet that works like the Daily Reader.

Olivetree's program is free along with certain versions of the bible. Other versions have to be purchased. Laridian has a free trial of their program. I suggest you try them both before buying.

I agree with Talon, I miss PalmBible+. I wish it could be used on the BB. It is wonderful, so much better, imo, than either of the commercially available programs for the BB. That being said, I went with Laridian. It was a better fit for me than Olivetree, but imo they are both decent programs.
