Lightbulb Bricked device

Hello,

Ixxx8217;m wondering if there is anyone that knows of a software program or service tools that exist, that can be use for a bricked device.

The reason that I think I have a few devices that are brick is because the screen is black, led indicator blinks red.

When connecting the device to the computer, there is no hope. Desktop manager canxxx8217;t find the device.

Then I pull out the battery, connected the device again, and I was able to enter device password. I enter wrong password 10 times. Inserted the battery and the computer could now find the device, but not connect.

Same with JL_Cmdr, no actionxxx8230;

So, what I really want is a program that I can use to access the flash memory.
Does this exist?
