If you are requesting "NumLock"-type features, you can hold Alt and press the Left Cap key, this will enable the NumLock feature. To enable CapsLock, hold Alt and press the Right Caps key. Just press the SAME Alt+L/R Shift combo again to disable and back to proper typing.

WARNING: If you enable both CapsLock and NumLock, you'll have to remember which one you originally started with, regardless of what you're typing as. If you have both enabled, toggling between the two is simple by just hitting Alt, otherwise you'll get locked in a terrible loop and have to restart your device. Just remember what Lock you started with, or just don't enable them both at the same time.
