At my current job were presently at a tier two support. As our company grows and BB is becomming more mission critical were considering making the jump to tier four or premier support. Anyone have any experience with this? Would you recommend tier four support? What I've been hearing is it's night and day diffrence especially when you engauge the SAM or support account manager you get instant access to a diffrent set of support people and weekly calls to go over the issues. It all sounds good on paper but is it worth it?
