well there are geocaching apps out now. 3 GPS apps now CDMA compliant | BlackBerry Cool

and for the earlier poster that was talking about a breadcrumb travel database, TeleNav Trak. TeleNav Track - GPS tracking, wireless timesheets and dispatch, Wireless forms and GPS Navigation via GPS phones
