I have a IBM Thinkpad Lenovo R61 and a BB 8700g. I have been trying to tether it to BB and use it for the internet but is just doesn't work. This is a company machine but I have full access to do what I need to do. I have upgraded Bios, Desktop Manager to the current version and still nothing. I am using t-mobile and have the correct extra settings string - +cgdcont=1,”IP”,”wap.voicestream.com” and AT+cgdcont=1,”IP”,”wap.voicestream.com” still nothing.

I uninstalled the modem and added a standard 33600 modem followed all direction in the forum and still nothing.

But here is the strange thing, it works fine 0n my personal laptop. I went to the IBM website and it just doesn't have the info I am looking for can anyone help me with this problem?
