meant to say email account once you are in. you can always change the PIN in the BIS account to something else (like your old blackberry if you have one, or an old blackberry) then create a new BIS account from there. Although since you have the username and password, there is no reason why Verizon cant change the username or delete the login altogether. I just had it done on my 8130
