Just curious. The account was set up by someone else (presumably the previous owner). Verizon would not release the PIN and ESN, but instead did a password reset or whatever so that you gained access to the account? If that's the case, it doesn't give me a warm and fuzzy if I were a vzw customer. Is there something here I don't understand?
