Your keyboard should have a Print Screen button. That will copy the picture to the PC keyboard.

Open up the Paint or maybe the Microsoft Word application and then perform the Paste function.

Then click the Go Advanced button at the bottom of the thread and then click Manage Attachments to add the picture.
