Sprint and RIM have isolated this issue to some bad code in the phone. RIM is releasing a patch for testing by Sprint this week. Once tested it will be out to the public. I am not sure of all the details yet, but this will be fixed soon. I would expect the patch in the next week or 2. Once it is released I will post the info on how to get it.
