@Golfaholic: The problem is obviously more widespread than just Sprint. In the survey I took I have reports from users of many carriers, using both CDMA and GSM. I would like to know your source so that I can see whether or not this fix will help others. If it is not distributed by RIM that could be a problem as there are as many or more persons who are not Sprint customers with the problem. I have not seen anything on the RIM website. Could you point me to your reference? . 73
