There's some logic here, from my perspective. Why set an alert if you are going to snooze over and over again, or snooze for an hour, a day, multiple days or a week . . . or a month? If it doesn't really deserve an alert, then it doesn't deserve an alert. It's like keeping a do list with dozens of tasks you know you are never going to do. Should RIM program in options for what amounts to inefficient behavior just because that's what a lot of people do? Again, just my opinion.
