You need a BlackBerry Data Plan. Do you have that?
You might want to call AT&T and have them add a BlackBerry Data Plan if it's not on there yet.

Also, please check your CAPS LOCK key on your keyboard. It seems to be stuck ON and it's making it look like you're shouting at everyone.
