| | Can't Synch my Pearl 8130
Hi - I uninstalled Desktop 4.3. I then installed 4.2.2. I had some issues with the install - but it eventually worked and it eventually recognised the Pearl 8120. I'm able to successfully sync! Thanks for your help.
Overall, I'm disappointed with the new Blackberry and the software. As well as this issue, there are a few small issues with the device software also. One of the reasons I've been a big fan of Blackberry is there software and devices is very reliable and just works without issue. I really hope this isn't the start of a trend?
