Seems like it does work with exchange however I've been doing an initial sync for 2hours and 17 minutes. It is still on retreiving outlook data and the status bar is about 50% the way through. Just as I tought it was stuck and going to stop it the status bar advanced one bar.
When you said slowed it down a bit, I guess you mean slowed it waaaay down!</SPAN>
