Google Maps, GMail, InfoSpace FindIt!, Leopard Theme, JiveTalk, Documents To Go, and Facebook.

Application Loader:
Base OS, Platform, etc - 31485 KB
Other Required Libraries - 2648 KB
Third-Party Apps - 3693 KB
Database Sizes - 891 KB (Options > Status > Database Sizes)
Total Used - 38717 KB

Options > Status:
File Total - 55936 KB (converted to KB)
File Free - 17413 KB (converted to KB)
File Used - 38523 KB

So it's a pretty accurate reading of what's available. This is in contrast to about 17-22MB of free space on an 8310 or 8320 running OS 4.2.2.
