Where did you come up with the 14 mill number? Is that published?
My take on it is that its probably more of the company owned devices that would need remote control/support. An IT support person could fix a users issue in half the time if they could just do the pointing and clicking themselves. I understand that you can reprovision the device via BES but what if it is a simpler issue? I am more brainstorming here, not arguing.
