My take on it is that its probably more of the company owned devices that would need remote control/support. An IT support person could fix a users issue in half the time if they could just do the pointing and clicking themselves. Are you a BES admin? Do you know what you can do with BES manager?
It's not just for provisioning the device. We can use it for "simple things" too. I'd like to think that my job is much more than merely activating and reactivating BlackBerry devices every now and then.

Yes, the 14 million is published.
