Actually, the LCD is very easy to change yourself. If you look at the top left corner of the LCD, you will see a copper ribbon leading to the LCD. If you remove the tape on top of the connector, you will encounter a black flip lock. Carefully raise the flip lock to unlock the copper ribbon. This is the final step to remove the LCD. The ribbon and LCD will simply slide out.Reassembly is just the opposite. Hope this helps.
