Don't quote me on this, I am just repeating what I was told, but yes. From what's on the pdf and from what I was told is that the increased speeds are achieved visiting the powervision apps. Speeds between 400-700 kbps are what you would expect, sometimes lower, for browsing and tethering. Again, I could be incorrect, just going by the pdf I posted and whats been told to me by tech support.
