okay I`m a boon but here are some tips (please ghost you`re box before ):

• Update to 7.0.3
• Clear C:\windows\Temp
• Clear C:\Windows\Prefetch
• Compress and reindex DB`s
• Fix Up DB`s
• Stop unesceserry services (Help, Wirless, ...)
• Defragemnt C:
• Delet logs (LO No, Windows, Berry)
• Check the Network (Maybe a Half / Duplex Issue)
• Reset the polling time in the BES Manager
• Install all Windows Updates
