These look like generic DB connection warnings. The 0x80040005 is a generic connection failure, doesn't tell you why.

When it comes to the Event Log EventID.Net is a decent web site to check out. Just search for the eventid and you might find your answer. I searched for the ones you posted and they are not there. Are these always showing up or are these just random?
