Default Newbie - Pearl

I have only had my pearl for a month now, yesterday my internet stopped working, as well as tzones and my work emails stopped coming to my phone. I have not done anything to any settings. This is the second time this has happen. The first was last week. My thought is the blackberry servers where down again.

Is it me or them, if me how to I reset and start over.
