Hi,

I still own a Bb 8700g with a trackwheel at the side and I feel comfortable with it. Now I think about buying a Bb 8820 where the trackwheel at the side is replaced by a trackball below the screen. I have never seen one of these new phones in real life but I think that the trackwheel at the side is a real loss because when I am not writing a text I am able to handlethe device and navigate through all the menus by holding the Bb with one hand and rolling and pressing the wheel with my thumb without clenching or cramping.
What do you guys think who transfered from an older bb (like the 7xxx or 87xx series) to one of the 8800 series? Do you miss the trackwheel or is the trackball a full and sufficient replacement?
