Hey kat option is correct make sure u have all the service books on your blackberry. Service books are files sent to ur blackberry that have settings and protocols for each e mail account. Example I have 3 email accounts on my blackberry. So when I send the service books to my phone it will sent the settings for the 3 e mail boxes. The sync with vista make sure u are logged in as admin.if not it won't allow u to install programs. And what I would do is download the latest desktop management software. And there should be a setting for blue tooth hope this helps
