Thank you for your reply. Please note the program has nothing to do with email - it is for calendar/contacts/notes only.

The email system is IMAP-IDLE compliant. From what I understand, our Palm users love this!

The email is done via BIS-forward. And the Outlook add-in is Outlook 07 compliant. I hope this helps!
