Smile BB 8320 Rebooting

The O/S is The first replacement had a complete new phone....battery and all. The second replacements (2 of them) were just a bare phone. T-Mobile has not even suggested that the battery may be an issue. Very interesting huh? I just got off the phone with T-Mobile BB support and they want to have me re-initialize the phone. I told them I can't do it tonight and loose my BES connectivity. I have a busy day at work tomorrow and can't afford to be without my E-Mail. The last phone I got wiped out my contacts on the Exchange server when I did an Enterprise activation. I have to get them from a backup tape. I may call them back tomorrow afternoon when things slow down.
