well, I have been an avid fan of Bplay, Magmic etc for a while now. Although I haven't experienced any issues with a couple themes (come on...buying a $6 theme directly from your blackberry is pretty cool). And all the games FAR surpass what is out there in terms of private developers (who by the way have NO support structure). Funny how we let those guys slide, but the companies get slammed.

Honestly, I get worse customer service when I call into my cell provider and I pay thm $100 a month!

Although I care about Customer Service, I care more about the product and that it gets resolved, which I'm sure would eventually.

No problems with magmic/bplay and consider the commodity of games/themes something I can deal with as long as it doesn't affect my productivity or service.

Let's be realistic about a sub $10 product.
