It wasn't the product (physical) that caused Palms issues. It was lackluster management/lack "OF" management in advancing the OS since 4.2!! Screwing Sony over for innovations (soft-writing area/OS management features/etc) making them submitt innovative code to the PalmSource (another bad idea splitting up the business just to combine it again later), and then NOT going to Cobalt when it was ready and charging TOO much for it when it only had incremental features for manufacturers or providers. It was the aging software that put them where they are now. If it wasn't for Microsoft ... Palm what?!

RIM is progressive-conservative. This is just fine.
