At this point in time the web page network status is for Mobitex and DataTac services only. For GPRS, CDMA or iDEN network status updates I would suggest calling our technical support center. The number for our call center is 1.877.255.2377. You may also want to contact your carrier for a update on the status of their network, if you're having coverage issues.
