The modules they currently have are the Help Desk module and Asset Management Reporting Module. With the core product, you get the User Module (BoxTone 2.x), Handheld Module (mobile search/view of issues), and Ops Console Module (system overall health). The Help Desk will be a vital piece of BoxTone 3.x, with BAM being a great addition to BoxTone 3.1. The next couple versions of BoxTone will expand and include more features into the core and another very useful module will be released (not sure if it's been announced or not).
